Sales and Conference Coordinator (Corporate Events), Bristol Music Trust, Colston Hall


Pay: £20,000 per annum
Full-time, Fixed-Term for 12 months
Deadline: 9.am on Monday 7th August 2017 
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to provide support to the Sales and Conference Manager in building corporate client relationships and delivering a range of events from conferences and meetings, to parties and weddings at our unique venue, generating commercial income to meet our charitable objectives.  The successful applicant will be proactive and professional, with previous corporate events experience, and an understanding of what makes for excellent customer service to ensure we offer the best service for our clients.

Artist needed to make portrait sketches at the Popup Art Sale Bristol

The Bristol Popup Art Sale are looking for a sketch artist to make quick five minute portrait sketches on the day of the sale (14th November 2015) 

Whilst there is no payment as such, the artist can keep all the money they make on the day. It is £15 for the spot and with hundreds of potential customers on the day it could be a lucrative few hours!

Polly Wales is seeking a new administrative/sales staff member to join her successful design-led jewellery brand in the creative Cotswold market town of Stroud, Gloucestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, motivated individual with plenty of initiative to carve out a unique role for themselves in a dynamic small business that creates one-of-a-kind pieces of fine jewellery.
Role includes:
* Managing communications regarding bespoke quotes and commissions
* Responding to customer queries
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers
* General administration, logistical and office support, including international shipping
The successful applicant must:
* Have at least three years experience in sales
* Be fastidious with a keen eye for detail
* Be eloquent with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral
* Be adaptable and able to juggle multiple tasks while delivering to required deadlines
* Be confident using both Microsoft Office software & Apple Mac
* Be passionate about jewellery
* Be willing and able to take on challenges and problem-solve
* Thrive in a busy, intimate working environment and work well under pressure
Previous experience or familiarity with jewellery (manufacturing, gemstones, processes, techniques) will afford candidates a strong advantage.

Bath Box Office is run by Bath Festivals, selling tickets for 120 organisations in and around Bath, and providing marketing services for our clients.    Bath Festivals produces three high profile festivals - the Bath International Music Festival, the Independent Bath Literature Festival and the Telegraph Bath Children’s Literature Festival – and a year round learning & participation programme.
