Bath Festivals is recruiting a Festivals and Learning Officer. This is an exciting job for someone looking to develop a career as an arts producer, with great opportunities to work across all three of our high profile festivals. The person appointed will work with our experienced Festival team, helping to deliver our Music, Literature and Children’s Literature Festivals. S/he will have a particular responsibility for developing Party in the City and Voices in the City, the programming strands which showcase local talent in music and literature within the festivals.    

Please note that we are willing to consider job share or part time applications for the Festivals and Learning post, either focused on the Festivals element (3 days per week or equivalent) or on the Learning & Participation (2 days per week or equivalent).
