Assistant Development Producer: In Between Time

This is an exciting and unusual role, acknowledging the joint skills required by both Fundraisers and Producers.

The Assistant Development Producer offers excellent early career, on-the-job professional development to the right candidate. It is an exciting role in support of both the artistic aims and sustainable future development of the company. It is expected that the first six months of the job will primarily focus on fundraising with pre-production support. As the company gears up to the delivery of IBT15, the final six months will shift towards Festival Producing.

Working closely with the core IBT team, the Assistant therefore has a dual responsibility in:
Development: to research and build relationships with trusts and foundations, write fundraising bids and support fundraising initiatives; and
Producing: to assist the Producing team to deliver the 6th IBT festival, IBT15, including artist communications, pre-production and on-the-ground support.
We are looking for an outstanding individual interested in working across both development and programming.
