This is an exciting and unusual role, acknowledging the joint skills required by both Fundraisers and Producers.

The Assistant Development Producer offers excellent early career, on-the-job professional development to the right candidate. It is an exciting role in support of both the artistic aims and sustainable future development of the company. Producing: to assist the Producing team to deliver the 6th IBT festival, IBT15, including artist communications, pre-production and on-the-ground support.
We are looking for an outstanding individual interested in working across both development and programming.
