Pay: £18,212 - £20,400 per annum (Full Time)

Responsible for the smooth running of the Box Office as a reception and sales point for The Edge, the role will schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the Box Office team, leading by example and training team members to ensure the delivery of consistently high levels of customer service. The role will also maintain relevant policies and oversee the effective use of ticketing and venue management systems.
