Bristol Plays Music/Bristol Music Trust - Access Manager
Part-Time: 22.5 Hours
Salary: £31,000 (pro rata £18,851 per annum)

Bristol Plays Music (BPM) is leading the programme for the West of England, to ensure that music education reaches into all communities and we are currently recruiting for an Access Manager for the service. This role will lead on increasing access to BPM programmes and activities, visiting schools and music centres to develop and increase access to our core provision for children and young people. You will be committed to Continuing Professional Development, have strong musical skills and substantial teaching experience. You will have an excellent understanding of good practice in music education, experience of directing musical ensembles and groups and the ability to inspire young people. This is an exciting time to join us, BPM has a vision to become the UK capital of Young People’s Music and last September the Trust launched its campaign to transform Colston Hall into an international standard concert facility and a National Centre for Entertainment, Education and Enterprise across the arts.
