Pay: £10,000 (with incentives)

The post is likely to start at the beginning of January 2015.

JOB PURPOSE
To work with the Board of Trustees and the community at large on key areas of the 
organisation work including inputting and overseeing:
• Project design
• Education
 Arts opportunities
• Programming
• Curating the masquerade
• Community engagement
• Fringe events
• Ensuring that our artistic work including music policy is in line with an Afrikan Caribbean ethos

The post holder will lead in all aspects of the arts and culture strategic development of St 
Paul’s Afrikan & Caribbean Carnival in Bristol. He/She will devise projects and lead on the 
delivery of these in line with our aims, ambitions and strategic plans.
