GDANCE is seeking a TEMPORARY ADMINISTRATOR
Part Time
14-16k pro rata

Fixed term contract July - December 2014 (potential for extension subject to review / funding) Weekly hours: 22.5 hours (fte 0.5), preferably c.4 hours per day Mon - Fri
The Administrator will support the Director and programme staff with administration, research and communications; supporting productions, courses and events as required and supporting the team in the office, including sustaining a strong online presence for GDance.
Albeit most work will be office based, he / she must be able and willing to travel and work occasional unsociable hours when necessary.
The successful candidate must have relevant administrative experience in an office and/or production environment. He / she must be exceptionally organised, with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications and IT (including social networking) skills.
He / she will be confident with data management and research and be resilient and determined, taking pride in the accuracy of his / her work and communications. The post-holder will be driven by a strong belief in, and commitment to, inclusivity in the arts.
