Full Time Theatre Technician - Redgrave Theatre, Clifton College

40 hours per week, one-year fixed-term contract
 salary £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
Clifton College’s Redgrave Theatre is one of the most popular theatre venues for hire in Bristol showcasing a mixture of College productions, local amateur groups and touring professional companies.  The Theatre is now looking for a full time Theatre Technician to assist the existing team.
Reporting to the Theatre Manager, the Technician’s main duties will include:
  • Being part of a small team that sets up the set, lighting, sound and props for the College’s in house productions.
  • Acting as Duty Technician during get-ins, performances, events and get-outs, ensuring all theatre policies are adhered to.
  • Carrying out maintenance on Theatre equipment – including PAT testing.

Candidates must have a flexible approach as many evening and weekend shifts will be required.
