Account Manager (Contract) Studio Six

Pay: Up to £28,000 (pro rata) depending on experience

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our vibrant client services team on a 6 month fixed contract with scope to extend.
Studio Six is a South West top creative agency with an impressive and varied client list that includes both global and local clients. We’re not part of a large group and pride ourselves on being independent, having bags of ambition, and are looking for people with shared standards to join us.
This role focuses on managing an existing key account, whom we are working on a range of intergrated projects for. You will have responsibility for your own areas of the account, overseeing projects that range in terms of scale and scope.
You will need to demonstrate impressive client handling skills, digital marketing experience and a proven track record delivering integrated projects.
You will also need to collate monthly reports of activity and meet regularly with clients to discuss the progress of campaigns, new opportunities and strategic direction.
Thinking on your feet, building strong relationships and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial. You will be working with an Account Director, and with the support of an Account Exec key responsibilities include:
Managing and day-to-day client facing with accountability for:
• Project management
• Financial management
• New business opportunities
• Design process
• Client satisfaction
We expect you to build an excellent working rapport with clients and to be able to present (face to face and in writing) the Agency’s proposals and recommendations effectively, logically and concisely.
Person specification
An experienced Account Manager within a marketing agency or similar. Be confident running projects, presenting creative, thorough budget control and tight account handling.
Demonstrate a broad knowledge of marketing channels, online and offline.
You will be self-motivated as well as pro-active, ambitious to grow the role and present the agency’s creative and credentials.
A confident team player who is able to use your own initiative, excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail with resource management, the financials and time management.

Office Junior Needed at Studio Six

Studio Six are seeking an organised, confident and pro-active Office Junior to join our busy agency on a part time contract basis. This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking for his or her first taste of agency life.
You will be responsible for offering great and consistent customer service, being the first point of contact for clients and assisting the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
 
Duties will involve
• Being the first point of contact for all staff, visitors and clients.
• Answering the phone and ensuring all calls are picked up professionally and efficiently, taking messages and emailing staff.
• Postal/courier duties.
• Meeting and greeting of all visitors, organising set-up of meetings and refreshments. Sourcing supplies and doing lunch runs as needed.
• Maintaining office equipment and supplies (from tea bags to laptops) to ensure critical supplies are always available.
• Co-ordination of meetings, calendar updates, staff whereabouts.
• Basic troubleshooting and setting up of office equipment.
• First aid trained and to co-ordinate appropriate levels of first aid training with staff.
• Report any maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude to clients.
• Updating office templates in word.
• Binding documents and administration support.
• Assisting the office refurbishment.

Person specification
No experience is required as training will be provided however a background in one of the following may be of advantage: Customer Service, Receptionist, Office Admin/Administrator, Office Junior, Sales, Customer Facing Positions.
This is a varied role, which requires the successful candidate to have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to multi-task and have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. You will have high expectations in terms of attention to detail and customer service but above all have an outgoing bubbly personality who is not afraid to use their initiative and be fun to have around.
