Encounters Short Film Festival are offering a three month training and development programme for new and emerging filmmakers from diverse backgrounds. The course will take 15 filmmakers through a programme which will include workshops, masterclasses and one-to-one mentoring with industry professionals to complete a personal project and further develop their skills and knowledge.
