Meanwhile Creative is a young, fast-growing organisation based in central Bristol. We unlock vacant and derelict properties and repurpose them for use by small and medium enterprises. Having completed a pilot project at New Bridewell Police Station, our headquarters is now Pithay Studios. The 20 000 square foot space acts as home to around 40 businesses as well as a gym, activity/exercise studio, open plan desk suite and café.

We are expanding rapidly and hence require an additional staff member to manage our growing portfolio of properties. This is an entry-level role with a lot of scope for progression in the company, and opportunities to make a tangible impact. Being the first point of contact for tenants, we are looking for someone with good communication and problem solving skills, who is flexible, self-motivated and independent. The individual won’t be looking for a normal office job – often they will be left to get on with tasks and manage their own time. Knowledge of enterprise, Bristol culture and office management are desirable but not essential.
