Right now, we have bigger, more ambitious objectives than ever when it comes to our marketing and communications. To help us achieve them, we need to make sure we have the most useful campaign information available. Joining our marketing team, you’ll make sure we do, as you provide the reporting for our online marketing campaigns. You’ll show how each project has been successful and help us to improve the effectiveness of future marketing activities, particularly online advertising. You’ll be involved in national and regional campaigns, working with individual properties to give them all the information they need regarding the success of their campaigns. Day-to-day, you’ll use a variety of online and offline marketing techniques and systems to put together weekly and monthly reports and work with a data team to offer analysis through research and trend spotting. You’ll work closely with the Senior Online Marketing Executives to help implement tracking across our campaigns and digital projects. Put simply, you’ll make more people aware of our online presence and help drive more and more visitors to our website.
About you
With an analytical approach to problems and a love of data, analytics and online tools and techniques, you’ll ideally have a marketing background. Proactive and enthusiastic, you’ll have lots of innovative online ideas and if you have a good understanding of Site Catalyst/Omniture or if you’ve used Google tools (such as Analytics, Adwords or DFA), even better. Either way, if you’re eager to learn, we’ll give you all the training you need to use a variety of reporting tools. A real team player, you’re a skilled communicator, who enjoys working with a wide range of people. You’re brilliantly organised with excellent attention to detail and a talent for multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
Incredibly rewarding
Do great things for us and we’ll do great things for you and your career. We’ll give you the training, support and continued professional development you need, and we appreciate that work/life balance is important. You can also look forward to free admission to all our incredible places, and a helpful 20% off at our shops, cafes and restaurants. But they’re just the benefits we can tell you about here. About us
We’re a charity founded in 1895 by three people who saw the importance of our nation’s heritage and open spaces and wanted to preserve them for everyone to enjoy. Over 100 years later these values are still at the heart of everything we do. We want people of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy, be inspired by and love the places we look after as much as we do. We want everyone in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to feel like a member of the National Trust and, by 2020, we want to have grown our membership to more than five million.
