Volunteer Opportunity for Drama or Media Student at the BBC

Are you a Bristol based drama or media student? Volunteers needed to help on TV professionals training course.


We’re looking for about 8 volunteers aged over 18, willing to be ‘coached’ in a broadcast-related skill this Thursday 20th February at the BBC HQ, Bristol. This is part of a “Trainer Training” programme for television professionals. As a volunteer, you will be taught by TV producers, journalists or technical staff from a variety of European countries. They are in Bristol this week, attending the course, prior to returning to their own broadcast companies as trainers themselves. You don’t need to have any broadcast experience or skills, the ‘coaches’ will happily work with complete beginners or experienced broadcasters. You’ll need to be available for 3 to 4 hours.
