Assistant Bar Manager - Trinity Arts Centre

casual hrs (£8.14-£9.22ph)

Trinity Community Arts is a registered charity with a trading subsidiary, Trinity Community Enterprises, managing all our commercial activity. We are looking for a part time Assistant Bar Manager to join our team in time to help us with the delivery of our summer weddings programme.
The role will require someone who is willing to work flexibly according to our growing events calendar – in particular, to support the growth of weddings, which will take place primarily during June-Sept, Fridays-Sundays. As many of our current staff work festivals, we require someone with good summer availability.
The Assistant Bar Manager will help the Bar Manager with bar operations, to assist with the smooth running of our live music entertainment and other events with bar services. In particular, you will be supporting with the set-up and delivery of weddings, including liaising with hirers about their requirements for the day and placing orders with suppliers.
We run a wide range of activities from dance classes, weddings, parties, public forums, music events and more. The ideal candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of people and be able adapt to an ever changing environment.

Marketing Officer - Trinity Arts Centre



Pay £20,333 pa, pro rata = £6,100 (£10.43ph / £508.33pcm) 
Hours: 1.5 days pw 
Contract: 12 month fixed-term contact, with a further 12 month period subject to availability of funds
Deadline: 18th January 9am  

 Trinity Arts Centre are seeking a Marketing Officer to join them in helping to increase their marketing outputs in order to enhance the success and scope of the proposed Heritage Project. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate and take an innovative approach to marketing. They will have utilise a diverse range of platforms in order to make best use of Trinity's available marketing resources. They will possess the personal credibility needed to effectively represent Trinity amongst supporters from a range of backgrounds.

Fundraising Officer - Trinity Arts Centre

Trinity Arts Centre are seeking a Fundraising Officer to join us in helping to develop existing and new fundraising streams in order to enhance the success and scope of the proposed Heritage Project. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, passionate and take an entrepreneurial approach to fundraising. They will have the ability to anticipate, identify and make the most of emerging opportunities. They will possess the personal credibility needed to effectively represent Trinity amongst supporters from a range of backgrounds.
