Managing Director - Betty's Birds

Hello from Betty’s Birds! We are a company that specialises in unique, trend-focused creative workshops for young, fun-loving professionals looking for a memorable event or hen party, delivered across the UK. Our scope for development and growth is enormous, and our motivation and attitude towards it are fresh however our founder is going to be working away from our nest for a while so we need someone who is interested in leading this growth. Our Bristol based team is small and focussed on honesty, support and having fun, with the belief that if we are enjoying ourselves in-house this positivity will carry through to our hen party experiences. Our brand's strong identity makes us stand out from the crowd, rapidly reacting to new trends and channelling our team’s experience as professional artists. We are looking for someone with experience in team management who is confident in managing budgets, finances and marketing. As the voice of Betty’s Birds, we need someone who is empathetic to our customers, who will go above and beyond with customer service. Through each booking we genuinely befriend the client, listen to their stories, and support them in their planning, knowing that their experience with our workshop facilitators will be exactly as they planned. The summer months are busy and as a result our new Big Bird will be organised and fully on top of systems, processes, stock management and ready to hit the ground running! You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy the challenge of pushing, building and growing a young company with huge potential.. If this sounds like you and you are someone who is driven and excited to succeed, please write back with a few lines as to why you think you’re the right bird to help us fly even higher. Betty and the Birds The bird that flies highest can expect a starting salary (i.r.o.) £28k with opportunities for further benefits based on performance.
