Bristol Music Trust are recruiting for a Box Office Supervisor to join our busy Customer Service team at Colston Hall, the South-West’s largest concert hall and Bristol’s major music venue. You will be required to act as box office duty manager and provide supervision to the box office assistants, taking responsibility for the operational management of the box office services, providing high standards of customer care at all times.
The successful candidate will have excellent administration skills, including excel experience, you will be proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organised, ideally with previous experience of working in a box office and an intuitive understanding of what makes for great customer service. You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the venue.
