The Cardiff Review (http://www.cardiffreview.com), a new literary magazine launched in partnership with Cardiff University's School of English Communication and Philosophy.
Their mandate is to publish the best of contemporary graduate writing. The magazine feels that student writers at the graduate and postgraduate level are not being given adequate opportunity to share their work.
They publish three times monthly, one work of fiction, nonfiction and poetry. Biannually, we publish an anthology of new work. They are currently accept submissions for our January, February and March issues. Contributors are paid.

Their review gives publication precedence to postgraduate students, but will consider work from emerging writers at any point in their careers.
