Urgently Required:

Arts2Life UK is seeking to recruit a volunteer to undertake the role of PA 

to the Managing Director. 

This demanding yet exciting role requires a organised and reliable 

person who is able to start ASAP. 

Approx 10hrs Mon-Fri (flexible)

Arts2Life UK is a Bristol based Arts Agency which aims to showcase 

to the general public the various Arts and Artists that the UK has 

to offer. 

Potential applicants should consider the following criteria before 

applying:

APPLICANTS MUST:
-Have excellent verbal and communication skills
-Be computer literate to a GOOD level. 
-Have experience in using Microsoft Office Progamams
-Able to type up minutes of meetings
-Able to take minutes/notes at meetings. 
-Be punctual.
-A good time keeper
-Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Be confident when meeting new people.
- Be able to manage a diary.
