Pay: 20-22k plus incentives

The post is likely to start at the beginning of January 2015.
JOB PURPOSE
To work with the Board of Trustee and Director of Arts and Culture on key areas of the organisation work
including:
• Strategy
• Fundraising
Policy
• Programming
• Budgeting
• Organisational management
The post holder will lead in all aspects of the management and strategic development of St Pauls Afrikan Caribbean Carnival in Bristol. He/She will manage a small team of staff, and take responsibility for the implementation of the above and all aspects of day-to-day organisational activity including HR, IT, and Finance.
