Pay: £9.0318 per hour / zero hours

Bristol Music Trust is recruiting for Duty Managers on a zero hours contract to join our busy Customer Service team at Colston Hall, the South-West’s largest concert hall and Bristol’s major music venue. As the main contact for users of the building on the day, these are key roles in ensuring the smooth running of our exciting and varied programme of events and activities, providing high standards of customer care at all times. The successful candidates will be proactive, enthusiastic, and well-organised, ideally with previous experience of working in a public building, and an intuitive understanding of what makes for great customer service. They will also be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the venue.
