The Events & Administration Intern will support the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide variety of events, exhibitions, open days and festivals.

There are certain criteria you must meet in order to be eligible to apply for a Creative Employment Programme funded internship. At the time of applying you must be aged 18 to 24 years old and you must be registered as unemployed with Jobcentre Plus. Additionally you must also be eligible for Youth Wage Incentive. These eligibility criteria have been approved by the Department of Work and Pensions.

JOB PURPOSE
- To work with Knowle West Media Centre staff to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of a wide variety of events, exhibitions, open days and festivals.
- To provide administration support to KWMC staff
- To assist with Front of House duties
This post is for 30 hours per week (flexible hours with occasional evenings and weekends subject to events programme). This internship is for 6 months and is open to people aged 24 and under who have been unemployed for a minimum of 6 months.
