20,000-25,000 pro rata

As part of our plan for growth over the next four years Tobacco Factory Theatres wishes to extend and improve its work with Children and Young People. To lead this work we now seek an experienced Children and Young People Director to own the vision within the plan, and to lead us there. We have ideas about pathways to take, but wish to find someone who will be confident enough to own the CYP department and to create the plan that they will execute.

The successful candidate will be strategic, managerial and possesses key skills in workshop delivery for young people as well as having administrative skills. The CYPD will have good contacts with the theatre ecology in Bristol and will have drive and dynamism to advocate for the work both within and without the organisation.
