We have a great opportunity to join our Bristol Cabot regional Mega Store as

Topshop Department Manager. You will be responsible for managing 2

Deputy Brand Managers.As Department Manager you are responsible

for delivering the TOPSHOP brand. By motivating your team you will

be accountable for; visual merchandising, driving the business,

managing your stock package (by developing relationships with head

office teams) and your number one priority; ensuring your team

are offering the best customer service on the high street.

You will line manage 2 TOPSHOP Floor Managers and deputise for

the Store Manager. Working alongside the TOPMAN Department Manager

and report directly into the Store Manager but it is your duty to

lead, inspire and develop, ensuring you recruit the right team

along the way.
