Colston Hall Bars Manager
Bristol Music Trust is seeking to recruit a full-time Colston Hall Bars Manager to join our busy Customer Service team at Colston Hall, the South-West’s largest concert hall. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced bar manager with proven commercial acumen to make a real difference to our venue, working with the team to develop the offer and deliver a great customer experience, whilst ensuring the commercial success which directly supports the charity’s vision to put music at the heart of Bristol life. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of effective bar management with a positive, pro-active approach, together with an ability to lead and motivate the retail team to provide an excellent service. You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the varied requirements of the venue and its exciting programme of events.
